We are currently seeking a Head of Ceramic Design to join our small Jersey-based Head Office Team. This role will require an individual to work closely with Directors to create and produce high quality commercial designs/illustrations to meet working briefs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess markets in order to generate designs that match commercial aims and market trends. Candidates must be pro-active, be able to self manage time and have an enthusiastic brand focussed ability. This role will be ideally suited for an experienced ceramic designer with a commercial background or an ambitious designer with a desire to play an integral role in a global trade business. National/International travel may be required as part of this role.
